Refund and Cancellation Policy for Zonkey Studios Spring Songwriting Retreat 2025

At Zonkey Studios Spring Songwriting Retreat 2025, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all attendees. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone involved:

Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Attendee

• 59+ Days Before the Retreat Start Date: Full refund minus a £10 administrative fee.

• 30-59 Days Before the Retreat Start Date: 25% refund of the total retreat cost.

• 14-30 Days Before the Retreat Start Date: 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

• Less Than 14 Days Before the Retreat Start Date: No refunds will be issued.
  

• Cancellation by Retreat Organizer
  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or lodging outside of the retreat package.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with written notification at least 14 days before the retreat start date. A £10 administrative fee will apply.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations such as illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions that may prevent your attendance.

Force Majeure Clause

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat or provide credit toward a future event.
